CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, simply click cancel order at our website and/or drop an email to support@jsbabusilks.com to let us know and we’ll take care of the rest. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped from our warehouse. The refund, if eligible, shall be initiated post the return of the product to us and verification of the product and packing.

 SHIPPING POLICY

JS Babu Silks will always ship your order on the same day or within 24-48 hours of you placing the order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment details. Under normal circumstances, your order may reach you within 7-10 working days. Orders can be delayed due to the current lockdown and COVID Situation. Rest assured we are going to deliver your products at the earliest.
